There's no need to know everything before you arrive. Here are a few answers to help you feel comfortable.

Can I visit if I'm not Sikh?

Yes. Visitors of all backgrounds are welcome to come respectfully, listen to Gurbani and spend time in reflection.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, respectful clothing. Everyone covers their head and removes their shoes before entering the Darbar Sahib.

How do I find out the programme times?

Programme times can change. Please call 01902 621177 before travelling to confirm the latest worship arrangements.

What if I'm unsure what to do?

Ask for guidance when you arrive. You can observe quietly and follow the customs explained in the first-visit guide.
